Our chalet at the Vossenburcht campsite in Ijhorst was recently sold through your chalet broker. Anouk and Mark came to us and did not know what they saw. They said they were mediating in chalets and not in villas (ha ha). building. We all knew that it would not be an easy job. Yet it seemed to have been sold the first week, but unfortunately it did not work out.

We hebben een heel mooi chalet gekocht op het Tolhuis in Dalfsen en zijn erg tevreden over hoe alles verlopen is.
Mark was zelfs bereid om nog een paar kleine dingetjes aan te passen, waar we erg blij mee waren.
Het was erg prettig om met Mark en Anouk te onderhandelen en ze hebben ons ook geweldig geholpen, eerlijk en afspraken nagekomen.
Dit alles in een zeer ontspannen sfeer.

Mark was even willing to make a few minor adjustments, which we were very happy with.

Bij het zoeken naar een chalet kwamen we al heel snel bij Anouk en Mark terecht. Eigenlijk waren we meteen al verkocht richting 1 bepaalde chalet maar Anouk was direct bereid ons mee te nemen langs allerlei leuke plekjes om een wat breder inzicht te krijgen in wat er op de markt is. Ze dacht goed mee en toen we op de dag van overdracht erachter kwamen dat er een verborgen gebrek was handelde ze direct en adequaat waardoor het probleem snel werd opgelost. We zijn heel blij met hun bemiddeling en genieten volop van ons fijne plekje.

Actually, we were immediately sold to 1 specific chalet, but Anouk was immediately willing to take us along all kinds of nice places to get a broader insight into what is on the market. She thought along well and when we found out on the day of transfer that there was a hidden defect, she acted immediately and adequately, so that the problem was quickly resolved. Van 29 april t/m 6 mei 2023 hebben wij een weekje in chalet Reggezicht mogen verblijven. We hebben een heerlijke week gehad. Het chalet was schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. Het lag op een prachtige plek, we hadden mooi uitzicht op een aftakking van de Regge. Ons chalet had een mooi terras met overkapping en als de vuurkorf aan was, konden we ‘s avonds ook lang buiten zitten. De omgeving was erg mooi om te fietsen en wandelen. We hebben erg genoten van de omgeving en de rust. De ontvangst door Anouk en Mark was heel hartelijk en persoonlijk. We hebben een top week gehad.

From April 29 to May 6, 2023 we were allowed to stay in chalet Regface for a week. We had a wonderful week. The chalet was clean and fully equipped. It was in a beautiful spot, we had a beautiful view of a branch of the Regge. Our chalet had a beautiful terrace with a roof and when the fire pit was on, we could sit outside for a long time in the evening. The area was very nice for cycling and walking. We really enjoyed the surroundings and the tranquility. The welcome by Anouk and Mark was very warm and personal. We had a great week.

Hoi Anouk en mark ik wil jullie eerst heel graag bedanken dat ik 3 maanden in jullie prachtige chalet moch wonen. Alles is in het chalet was aanwezig, overal is aan gedacht. En schoon, Een hartelijke ontvangst door Anouk en Mark. Een mooi chalet creatief ingericht door Anouk. Alles klopt aan het chalet, een functionele keuken met alles er op en aan, goede bedden, prima douche. Je voelt je snel thuis. In het de tuin zit je geweldig, ´s avonds onder de overkapping. en je loopt of fietst zo het bos in lemelerberg in de buurt. Ik heb mooie fietstoch en wandelingen gemaakt prachtig! Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. de rust en ruimte nog ervaart en de prachtige natuur beleeft direct rondom jullie vechtdal chalet. 👌🏻

And clean, A warm welcome by Anouk and Mark. A beautiful chalet creatively decorated by Anouk. Everything is right about the chalet, a functional kitchen with everything you need, good beds, excellent shower. You quickly feel at home. You can sit in the garden in the evening under the roof. and you can walk or cycle through the forest in lemelerberg nearby. I have beautiful bike ride and beautiful walks! We vonden het een fijne week in chalet Reggezicht. Veel natuur en rust om je heen. En je bent gelijk in het bos, waar je een mooi ommetje kunt lopen naar de Regge. Het buitengedeelte van het chalet is een heerlijke plek om te zitten met mooi weer. En de bedden vond ik heel goed.
We had a great week in chalet Regface. Lots of nature and tranquility around you. And you are right in the woods, where you can take a nice detour to the Regge. The outside area of the chalet is a lovely place to sit in good weather. And I really liked the beds.
Dag Anouk en Mark, we hebben een week kunnen genieten in en rond uw chalet Boszicht. We kunnen alleen maar bevestigen wat andere bezoekers reeds gemeld hebben: het chalet is mooi en gezellig ingericht, erg netjes, de bedden zijn goed, de omgeving is mooi en rustig, enfin alles is er prima.
Maar wat ons nog het meest aangenaam verraste was jullie beider warme, enthousiaste vriendelijkheid. U bent de ideale gastvrouw en gastheer! Het was een genoegen met u te mogen kennismaken.

Afgelopen najaar, heb ik een aantal maanden in Chalet Boszicht gewoond, voor overbrugging naar mijn huidige woning. Anouk en Mark hebben mij een prettig verblijf geboden met alle faciliteiten die ik nodig had. Ik heb genoten in deze bosrijke omgeving en raad het een ieder aan.
Last fall, I lived in Chalet Boszicht for a few months, before bridging to my current home. Anouk and Mark offered me a pleasant stay with all the facilities I needed. I enjoyed this wooded area and recommend it to everyone.
Anouk heeft uiterst correct ons een chalet verkocht. Ze is een vriendelijke makelaar die ook de min-puntjes eerlijk vertelde. We zijn prima tevreden over haar werk.
Anouk is iemand die goed weet wat de wensen zijn van een huurder, en spreekt deze ook weer goed af met de verhuurder. We zien haar graag met nieuwe huurders komen die een overbrugging nodig hebben tussen oude-, en nieuwe woning.
